Strategy Session ($397) - Strategic triage. You have one clear problem or constraint, and we identify the ONE highest-impact move for your practice right now. You walk away with 1 fully scoped project.

Focused Audit ($997) - Focused roadmap. You have a major pain point area (like intake, or documentation, or scheduling). We dig in and create 3-5 prioritized projects for that area.

System Audit ($1,997) - Complete assessment. Practice-wide transformation. We look at everything and create 8-10 fully scoped, prioritized projects across your whole system.

That's what the Clarity Call is for. After we talk through your situation, you'll know exactly which option makes sense.

You're not just paying for a list of tasks. You're getting 20+ years of pattern recognition, healthcare workflow expertise, and systems thinking applied to YOUR specific situation. Each project is scoped (estimated at 1-5 hours), prioritized, and ready for implementation.

Once you have scoped projects from your strategy session or audit, you choose what to work on and when. Each project (we call them "taskets") is quoted at $197/hr. Madeline (our systems specialist) collaborates with you to complete it. Repeat until your list is done.

No. You control the pace. Work through one project at a time, or tackle several in parallel. Your projects, your timeline, your budget.

Great! The ecosystem includes courses, Sparks (automations), and chat access. Many practitioners use these to handle simpler changes themselves. Implementation support is there when you want it, not required for everything.

A scoped project that needs building. Things like "Build me a new intake form" or "Set up automated follow-up sequences." Taskets are quoted at $197/hr based on the scope defined in your strategy session or audit.

A quick question or small fix. Things like "How do I turn on this setting?" or "This thing stopped working, can you look?" Tickets are included in your ecosystem membership.

Options: book another strategy session or audit to scope new projects, stay at $297/mo for ongoing ecosystem access, graduate to Alumni at $17/mo, or leave with confidence knowing your systems are yours.

$17/month for practitioners who have completed their transformation work. Continued workspace access and course library. It's not publicly offered—it's specifically for graduates who want to stay connected.

PracticeQ is our specialty—it's a full practice management system built on IntakeQ (which handles just forms). If you're using a different practice management system, let's talk during the Clarity Call about whether we can help.

A big part of transformation work is integration and automation—making all your systems work together. We also help with:
