- Eaton Efficiency and Education is not liable for any damages or issues that arise from the use or misuse of the information or tools provided in our products.
- We are not responsible for any negative consequences, including but not limited to data breaches, system failures, or other incidents, that occur as a result of misusing the IntakeQ API or other provided guidance or resources.
Enforcement
- Eaton Efficiency and Education reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates these terms and conditions.
- Violators will be subject to penalties, including but not limited to, termination of access to products and services, and legal proceedings.
