Why we ask for this first: a couple of quick forms are what let us actually help you — safely. One of them is a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the standard HIPAA paperwork that keeps your practice and your clients' information protected when we're working alongside you. Another gives us permission to step into your PracticeQ when you ask a question, so we can answer it properly instead of guessing from the outside. It takes a few minutes, once — then you never think about it again.

- Your Ecosystem Access agreement (the plain-language terms)
- A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — keeps client info protected + HIPAA-covered
- A quick access form so we can help inside your PracticeQ when you reach out
- Secure payment details — your card on file for the membership
Install the Chrome extension
The extension isn't a quiet background add-on — it's a real part of how the ecosystem reaches you inside PracticeQ. It's what turns on Sparkle (your in-the-moment helper — more on that soon) along with the practice-wide tools that come with your membership. Quick to add, and best done before your setup call.
It's also where your direct line to our team lives — when Sparkle can't answer something, you can message us right from the page.

- Chrome is required. On other browsers, we can't guarantee Sparkle or your Sparks will work at all
